Who Should Attend:  Aspiring leaders and anyone wishing to take leadership to the next level  

Course Description:   Current and future leaders often wonder what their legacy will be in their organizations.  From characteristics of superior leaders to definitive tools necessary for day-to-day operations, the content of this training is founded in years of research and experience in the government and high-profile private sector.  Understanding your leadership roles, defining and refining your leader relationships, and navigating controversy and troubling times will define who you are as a leader. If you want proven leadership within your organization and the secrets necessary to develop a lasting positive legacy as a leader, attend this training.        

Instructor:  Robert F. Kappelman has more than 20 years of supervisory experience.  He served the government sector as a field training officer, sergeant of detectives, patrol lieutenant, division commander, and chief of police.  He is a court-qualified expert witness and international trainer in ethics and leadership.  In the private sector, Kappelman serves as a consultant and independent contractor to clients including the National Football League, Major League Baseball, National Hockey League, and Major League Soccer.  He oversaw major anti-doping programs for professional sports and navigated his organizations and people through significant doping scandals in that role.  He is an honors graduate of three universities holding degrees in criminal justice and business administration.  Kappelman is also a leadership challenge graduate of the 212th Session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
